2019 Beetle Final Edition Design Features and Specs

How long until cars are 3D printed?
It may seem obvious that 3D printing would become a key part of manufacturing in any industry, but the development is slow simply because 3D printing itself is slow. Or at least it has been. Volkswagen is working with HP and GKN Powder Metallurgy to produce a 3D printer that can create parts at a pace of 50 times what the current technology is capable of.
